In Calitta, highly we value each customer individually. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer different options of sending that fits with every customer. Our options vary by post (standard and average speed) the postage (fast delivery).

• Postal Shipping: If you have not received the package on the basis of previous estimates, please submit a ticket. We'll give you a deadline, then offer a solution.
• Due to the longer time of customs clearance, Formal Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
• All times estimated / typical delivery are derived from real-world data collected from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
• Delivery times will be affected during holidays; manufacturers, and post offices will limit its operations to those times. This is out of our control. Normal service is resumed immediately after each holiday.
• It may take a few days following order before the shipping tracking number becomes active on the mail system. If the information did not appear in the mail site, please try again later.
• Calitta sends all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
• Calitta may have to verify payment and order details before processing your request.
We ask our customers for us to respond as soon as possible to ensure a quick and smooth process.
DELIVERY TIME = TOTAL PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME
WHAT IS THE ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
Upon receipt of your order, we conduct quality control checks and testing to ensure product quality before shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product to the average processing time of about 4 days; however, it can also be affected by the stock status of the item. If your order includes popular items having trouble availability of stock, the order may take 5-10 business days to process.
